Bilingual (English/Spanish) Insurance Staff – Customer Service with Sales | Full-Time or Part-Time | Tustin, CA | P&C License Reimbursement

About the Role We're a growing insurance agency seeking a reliable, customer-focused team member to join our staff in Tustin, CA . This position focuses primarily on service (helping clients with policies, questions, claims, renewals, and support) with sales opportunities (cross-selling/up-selling insurance products). Ideal for someone who enjoys building relationships and providing excellent service in a bilingual environment.

Job Type:

• Full-time or Part-time available

Location: Tustin, CA (in-office; specify address during application/interview if preferred)

Compensation & Benefits:

• Full-time salary range: $41,000 – $100,000+ per year (base + commission/bonuses based on performance and sales)
• Part-time pay commensurate with hours/experience
• Paid time off (PTO) based on tenure with the agency
• Must obtain your California Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license within 3 months of hire, all exam and licensing fees will be reimbursed

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to clients via phone, email, and in-person
• Assist with policy inquiries, quotes, applications, renewals, claims support, and account management
• Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance products (some sales/cross-selling)
• Maintain accurate client records and follow agency processes
• Communicate effectively in both English and Spanish to serve our diverse clientele
• Achieve performance goals related to service quality and sales targets

Requirements:

• Fluent in English and Spanish (bilingual required – must be comfortable speaking/reading/writing in both)
• Strong customer service skills; prior experience in insurance, sales, call center, or related field preferred but not required
• Willing and able to obtain a California Property & Casualty (P&C) insurance license within 3 months of hire (we'll support and reimburse fees if passed)
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and professional demeanor
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, email, etc.)
• Must be authorized to work in the US
