What You'll Do: Key ResponsibilitiesAs our Kitchen Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the smooth operation of our kitchen. Here's a glimpse of what your role will entail: - Lead the Kitchen Team : Oversee daily kitchen operations, ensuring high standards of food preparation and service. - Schedule Like a Pro : Manage staff schedules to meet the needs of the business while maintaining efficiency. - Customer Service Excellence : Provide top-notch service, including working buffets for large groups and addressing customer needs. - Manager on Duty (MOD) : Take charge during shifts by handling opening and closing procedures, completing paperwork, counting money, and ensuring a seamless operation. - Culinary Expertise : Bring your proven culinary background to the table, guiding the team in preparing dishes that keep customers coming back for more.
What We're Looking For: Skills and QualificationsTo thrive in this role, you should bring: - 3+ years of culinary experience , with a strong background in kitchen leadership. - A proven ability to manage a team and maintain a positive, productive work environment. - Strong organizational skills for scheduling and managing kitchen operations. - Availability to work a schedule that aligns with the needs of the business. - Exceptional customer service skills to enhance the dining experience for our guests.
