EHS Coordinator – Mission-Critical Construction
We are seeking an EHS Coordinator to support large-scale, mission-critical data center construction projects in the DFW area. This is a highly visible, field-focused safety role supporting complex electrical and mechanical construction environments.
You'll spend approximately 70–80% of your time in the field, working directly with subcontractors, foremen, and trade partners to identify hazards, implement controls, and ensure safety requirements are being followed.
This is an excellent opportunity for a safety professional who enjoys being hands-on in the field, building relationships with the trades, and playing an active role in maintaining a safe, high-performing construction site.
The projects are large-scale mission-critical data center builds with significant electrical and mechanical scope. Individual sites may have 1,000+ trade workers onsite, creating a fast-paced and highly technical construction environment.
The project incorporates a comprehensive, client-driven safety program, requiring the EHS team to work closely with the client, contractors, and subcontractors.
The ideal candidate is highly visible in the field, comfortable working directly with the trades, and able to develop strong working relationships while still holding teams accountable.
