Residence Inn by Marriott Oahu Kapolei is seeking a friendly, dependable, and service-oriented Front Desk Agent to join our full-time hotel team. If you have experience in hotels, resorts, or customer-facing roles and thrive in a fast-paced environment, we want to meet you!

Opened in 2019, Residence Inn by Marriott Oahu Kapolei is a modern, all-suite hotel located in the heart of Kapolei, close to dining, shopping, beaches, and Oahu's top attractions. Our team embodies the Aloha Spirit - warm, welcoming, and guest-focused. We take pride in providing outstanding service while creating a positive, supportive workplace for our associates.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide warm, professional customer service
- Perform guest check-ins and check-outs efficiently
- Register guests, assign rooms, and explain hotel amenities and services
- Handle cash transactions accurately and follow hotel policies
- Address guest questions, requests, and concerns promptly and courteously
- Maintain a clean, organized front desk and lobby area
- Assist with the hotel market, including stocking, sales, and inventory as needed
- Ensure accurate billing and guest account reconciliation
Qualifications
- Prior hospitality, hotel front desk, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills (property management systems a plus)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and reach for extended periods
- Comfortable working around cleaning chemicals
- Reliable, team-oriented, and guest-focused attitude
