Seeking new members for its Board of Directors, the remote, unpaid position will involve guiding strategy and ensuring the governance and financial health of F s Feminista while attending three annual meetings and participating in at least one standing committee. Key responsibilities Guide the organization's strategic direction and governance Attend three meetings annually and serve on at least one standing committee Uphold legal duties and disclose potential conflicts of interest Required qualifications Experience in financial leadership, gender-lens investing, or governance Substantive involvement in youth-led movements or community organizing, particularly in the Global South Strong understanding of political, economic, and public health landscapes Commitment to sexual and reproductive health and rights (SRHRJ) Ability to connect with new partners and social justice movements
