Position Summary
Royal Management Logistics is seeking a detail-oriented Billing Specialist to manage customer invoicing, carrier payments, and billing records. The ideal candidate is organized, accurate, and able to work efficiently in a fast-paced transportation environment.
Responsibilities
- Create and process customer invoices
- Verify load documentation and proof of delivery
- Review and reconcile billing discrepancies
- Process carrier payments and settlements
- Maintain accurate billing records and reports
- Communicate with customers regarding billing questions
- Assist with accounts receivable and collections
- Ensure all billing is completed accurately and on time
Qualifications
- Previous billing, accounting, or administrative experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Transportation or logistics experience is a plus
