Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect ECSE (Early Childhood Special Education) services
• Serve as IEP case manager, including development, evaluations, progress monitoring, and transition planning
• Coordinate and implement behavioral, communication, sensory, feeding/toileting, and developmental supports
• Ensure compliance with IDEA, MARSE, and all IEP requirements
• Support both students and teams through MIPP transition processes

Desired Qualifications:

• Valid Michigan teaching certificate with required ZA (Early Childhood Education/PK/SPED) endorsement
• Previous experience in special education, particularly early childhood, is preferred
• Strong grasp of IDEA and MARSE regulations
• Ability to manage multiple cases and collaborate across teams
