Customer Operations Specialist (中文)

Overview Lansing SM is looking for a detail-oriented and highly communicative Customer Operations Associate to support our sales, customer service, and remote operations teams. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, responsive, and comfortable communicating with customers through WeChat and phone calls in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities Answer and route incoming customer calls through WeCom and our phone system Record new customer information in our internal system and keep lead statuses updated Manage WeCom operations, including posting company announcements, promotional updates, and monitoring incoming messages Coordinate with the sales team to ensure customer inquiries and follow-ups are handled on time Send follow-up reminders based on sales pipeline activity to help prevent missed opportunities Work closely with sales, customer service, and remote support teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Support SOP improvements by identifying inefficiencies and helping implement better processes 岗位职责

企业微信运营 ：发布公司公告与促销信息，监控公众号消息并分配
跟进提醒 ：根据系统中销售跟进状态，在群内提醒并防止漏单
跨部门对接 ：与销售、客服及远程支持团队协作，确保服务无缝衔接
流程优化 ：参与SOP梳理，提出并落实效率改进建议
Qualifications Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset Detail-oriented, responsible, and highly organized Able to work under pressure and follow through on tasks efficiently Comfortable using WeChat/WeCom, phone systems, and basic CRM or workflow tools Goal-oriented and eager to grow with the team Mandarin Chinese proficiency strongly preferred 岗位要求认真细心，具备出色的沟通表达能力
