This is a physically active, customer-facing role where you'll provide on-site estimates, close sales, and remove unwanted items for our customers. We're hiring ambitious, outgoing and active individuals who are committed to providing exceptional customer experiences . Location Smyrna, GA (serving the greater Atlanta area). Job Type Full-Time Pay & Compensation Pay: $23–$32/hr+ (Total Compensation) $11/hr base rate Tips Profit share & performance incentives - Get a share of every job completed! Overtime Responsibilities Provide on-site pricing and confidently close sales Load, lift, and remove items from homes and businesses Deliver exceptional customer service on every job Work efficiently with a team to complete daily routes Keep trucks clean and organized Requirements Ability to lift 50+ lbs repeatedly Strong communication and customer service skills 21+ years and older Valid driver's license Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Paid training Advancement opportunities - We promote from within whenever possible!
