Onsite IT Help Desk Analyst - Tier I Support

KeenLogic is seeking a talented Tier I Analyst to join our on-site team in Alexandria, VA. The role requires handling routine technical issues in a fast-paced, consultative environment, with opportunities to escalate to Tier II for more complex support. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least one year of relevant experience in hardware/app support and incident management, plus strong communication skills.
