Pay: $18-20 per hour + commission
Earning potential: $20 – $30/hour on average with commission
Schedule: We offer flexible hours;weekend availability required.
Location: Various location throughout the Houston area
Part-time and full-time opportunities available

 

*Part-time: up to 20 hrs per week, Full-time: 30-35 hrs per week

American Residential Services (ARS) is hiring Bilingual In-Store Sales Representatives / Lead Generators to represent our HVAC and plumbing services inside national home improvement retail stores.

Responsibilities

As a Bilingual In-Store Sales Representative , you will:

• Engage with customers in a retail store environment.
• Approach shoppers and start friendly, professional conversations.
• Ask questions to understand customers' home comfort needs.
• Educate customers about HVAC, plumbing, tune-ups, replacements, and indoor air quality solutions.
• Generate qualified leads and schedule in-home consultations or service appointments.
• Represent the ARS brand professionally and enthusiastically.
• Work toward individual and team lead-generation goals.
• Provide a positive customer experience from the first conversation

 

**Hours worked must be PRODUCTIVE hours-generating appointments each shift. Hours are managed accordingly.

Qualifications

What You Need

• Positive and energetic personality with strong people skills

• Experience generating appointments face to face by approaching customers: Door to Door or

  Business to Business

• Comfortable approaching and engaging with customers in a retail environment
• 2 years exper preferred (not required)
• Ability to stand and walk during shifts
• Weekend and some holiday availability
• Reliable transportation
• Clean, professional appearance representing the ARS brand
• Ability to attend weekly in-office meetings
• Employment is contingent on a background check in accordance with applicable law
