The Recruiting Intern will gain exposure to all Human Resources functions while primarily focusing on recruitment, candidate engagement, onboarding support, and talent acquisition initiatives. A successful intern will work collaboratively with the HR team, provide excellent customer service to candidates and employees, and embody our core values and culture. What You’ll Do: Assist with recruiting activities, updating job descriptions, screening candidates, and scheduling interviews. Attend interviews with hiring managers. Communicate with candidates throughout the hiring process and support a positive candidate experience. Represent Kidwell at recruiting events. Assist with onboarding activities and new hire paperwork. Update and maintain HR files, employee records, policies, and SOPs. Support employee communications, HR projects, and general administrative tasks. Do You Have What It Takes? Currently pursuing an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, Psychology, or a related field preferred. Strong interest in talent acquisition and Human Resources. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must have a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a desire to collaborate with the team. Excellent time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Experience with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint preferred.
