Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services primarily through telehealth, directly supporting clients dealing with major mental illnesses and significant emotional disorders.

• Participate actively in multidisciplinary team meetings, using collaborative approaches to enhance care delivery and client outcomes.

• Conduct timely and appropriate assessments, utilizing validated screening tools to identify clients' needs and develop comprehensive care plans.

• Facilitate individual, group, and family therapy sessions, ensuring that treatment goals are in alignment with client requests and presenting concerns.

• Assist clients during crisis situations, employing strategies for effective crisis intervention and ensuring a supportive environment.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes, adhering to professional ethical guidelines.

• Monitor clients’ readiness for discharge and coordinate referrals to additional services as needed, ensuring continuity of care.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
