Assembler ($16/hour) Position Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Assembler to join our production team. In this role, you will assemble brake pad components in a cleanroom environment using hand and power tools. You will follow detailed instructions, support automotive production processes, and maintain high standards of quality and safety.

• $16 per hour

• Assemble brake pad components according to specifications and work instructions
• Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently
• Read and interpret assembly instructions, labels, and production documents
• Count parts and materials accurately for production and inventory purposes
• Support automotive-related production activities
• Maintain cleanroom standards and keep work areas organized
• Inspect finished parts to ensure quality and identify defects
• Follow all safety procedures and standard operating guidelines
• Communicate effectively with team members
• Assist with basic inventory tracking and reporting

• Experience using hand tools and power tools
• Ability to read and understand basic assembly instructions
• Strong counting and accuracy skills for parts and materials
• Familiarity with assembly work in automotive or related environments
• Ability to follow structured processes and procedures

• Bilingual skills (English & Spanish) are preferred
• Experience working in a cleanroom or controlled production environment
• Background in automotive repair or manufacturing
• Experience with basic inventory tracking or material handling
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Team-oriented mindset and strong work ethic

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oklahoma City, OK.

The pay range for this position is $16.00 - $16.00/hr.

This is a fully onsite position in Oklahoma City,OK.
