We proudly pursue top talent with a diverse and global set of experiences and backgrounds.What You'll Do (Responsibilities)Collaborate with the HR team and hiring managers to identify the specific skills and qualities needed for each job, based on business objectivesCollaborate with HR Ops on detailed job descriptions that align with the organization's standards and requirementsUtilize various sourcing strategies to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking, employee referrals, and other channelsScreen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to ensure candidates meet the basic qualifications for the roleConsult with hiring managers to review resumes and provide recommendations for which candidates to move forward in the process based on their skills, experience, and fit for the roleSchedule and conduct in-person interviews with potential candidates, in partnership with the hiring managerConduct reference and background checks, as needed, to verify employment history, job performance, and other relevant detailsProvide regular updates to hiring managers and HR teams on recruitment progress and candidate statusPartner with hiring managers to extend offers to selected candidates and negotiate salaries and benefits packagesEnsure that candidates have a positive interview experiencePerform other duties assignedWhat You Bring (Qualifications & Skills):Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Labor Relations3+ years of Recruiting/Human Resources/Talent Acquisition experienceExperience mentoring junior to mid-level team staffAbility to handle confidential information with professionalism and diplomacyProficient with Microsoft Office and OutlookExperience organizing/coordinating multiple projectsExperience with Applicant Tracking Systems including ADP Workforce NowKnowledge of Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO)Must successfully pass skills assessmentSpecial Requirements:U.S. Citizen, U.S. Permanent Resident (Green Card holder) or asylee/refugee status as defined by 8 U.S.C. 1324b(a)(3) required.ITAR requirement120.15.
