Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations through telehealth technologies to identify clients' mental health needs and establish personalized treatment plans.

• Provide evidence-based therapy, which includes cognitive behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and other therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique circumstances.

• Work collaboratively with clients to establish and track therapeutic goals, offering continuous support and motivation throughout their journey.

• Maintain detailed and accurate records of therapy sessions, including progress notes and treatment adjustments, ensuring timely documentation practices compliant with regulatory standards.

• Engage in ongoing collaboration with other healthcare providers when necessary, promoting holistic care for patients who may have comorbid conditions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base includes individuals experiencing a broad spectrum of mental health issues, such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges. Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A Master's degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of connecting with clients and building therapeutic alliances in a virtual setting.

• Empathy, compassion, and an understanding approach towards clients’ experiences and challenges.

• Strong organizational skills to manage a caseload efficiently while adhering to documentation and treatment timelines.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of three years of post-licensure clinical experience in a direct counseling or therapeutic role.

• Experience in providing telehealth services or familiarity with digital therapy platforms.
