About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Growth & Innovation to spearhead the development and execution of long-term growth strategies, with a focus on innovation, commercialization, and market development. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team and will be instrumental in shaping the future growth strategy of the organization. This executive will be expected to identify new market opportunities, strategic partnerships, and emerging technologies, and to lead the company in driving profitable growth through innovation. A key aspect of the role is the ability to translate customer insights and market intelligence into actionable growth strategies and investment priorities. Candidates for this role at the company should have an advanced degree in a relevant discipline and at least 20 years of leadership experience in the specialty chemical industry. The role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record in driving growth and a deep understanding of market dynamics. The ideal candidate will be an innovative leader, technically credible, and possess strong commercial acumen. Experience in M&A, corporate development, and a history of successful partnerships with manufacturing to enhance product quality and process performance are essential.
