Senior Compensation Analyst

OverviewA data-focused role supporting the design and delivery of compensation programs within a complex organization. This position combines analytics, program execution, and advisory support to ensure pay practices remain competitive, consistent, and well-governed.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport and execute core compensation cycles, including salary reviews, bonus planning, and adjustmentsAnalyze internal and external data to guide pay decisions and maintain competitive positioningConduct benchmarking studies, manage survey data, and assess pay equity across the organizationAssist in building and refining pay frameworks, including salary structures and incentive programsEvaluate roles for leveling, classification, and exemption status in partnership with HRMaintain and validate compensation data within HR systems, ensuring accuracy and consistencyMonitor trends, metrics, and workforce data to inform compensation strategyProvide insight and recommendations on new hires, promotions, and off-cycle adjustmentsSupport budgeting and cost analysis related to compensation decisionsContribute to process improvements and new reward initiativesDeliver guidance and training to stakeholders on compensation practices and policiesEnsure alignment with applicable compensation regulations and internal standardsProfileExperience working with compensation data, programs, and analysis in a structured environmentStrong analytical capability with advanced spreadsheet skillsFamiliarity with HR systems and data management tools (any major platform)High attention to detail with the ability to manage sensitive informationStrong communication skills and the ability to translate data into clear recommendationsIndependent thinker with sound judgment and prioritization skillsComfortable managing multiple deadlines in a fast-paced settingThe SR Group (US), Inc. is acting as an Employment Agency in relation to this vacancy.Please note that your personal information will be treated in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
