Ensures all company policies and food safety protocols are followed while partnering with both production management and QC team to identify and eliminate risks while meeting production goals.Physical Demands of PositionEmployee is regularly required to stand, walk, balance, stoop, kneel, and/or crouch throughout the duration of work shift. Required to lift up to 50 pounds frequently, and occasional lifting over 75 pounds.Candidate Qualifications Preferred:High school diploma or GEDFood Manufacturing experience | Warehouse ExperienceOther Knowledge, Skills or Abilities RequiredAbility to understand the process of the job required.Make sure the quality of the product meets requirements.Knowledge of a scale and tape gunGMP, SSOP, HACCP, SQF and all food safety/pre-requisite program trainingsMaking sure the quality of the product meet requirementsMaking sure each box has the correct label.Making sure packaging is correct to prevent any kind of contamination.Must pass a criminal background check and a pre-employment drug screenShift Hours1st shift | Monday-Friday, 5:45a-1:45pmCompensation & Benefits PackageUp to $19.50hr.
