Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough virtual and in-person assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs, working closely with students and their families to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic techniques to treat various mental health conditions such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and behavioral challenges.

• Facilitate engaging therapy sessions, both online and face-to-face, ensuring that students feel supported and understood in a safe environment.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams—including educators, school psychologists, and community resources—to coordinate care and maximize support for students.

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of client progress, treatment plans, and therapeutic interventions in accordance with organizational policies and state regulations.

• Advocate for clients within the school and community settings, promoting their rights and access to necessary resources.

This role focuses primarily on youth aged 5-18 within school-based settings. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• Active licensure as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) in Washington State.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from $52,000 to $70,000.
