Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based practices like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to address the unique mental health and emotional needs of clients.

• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team of healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists, nurses, and primary care providers, to create and assess comprehensive treatment plans tailored to support the recovery journey of patients.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services for clients experiencing acute mental health challenges, and facilitate appropriate referrals to additional resources when necessary.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate patient records, ensuring compliance with HIPAA regulations while also fulfilling organizational documentation standards.

• Actively participate in staff meetings, case conferences, and peer supervision sessions designed to enhance clinical competence, improve patient outcomes, and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work primarily with individuals navigating the challenges associated with substance use disorders. This includes providing support to clients in various stages of recovery, particularly those undergoing detoxification. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.

• Current licensure as a Clinical Social Worker in the state of California.
