Marketing Specialist

As a Marketing Specialist , you will lead go-to-market strategies, integrated campaigns, and brand-building initiatives. You’ll collaborate across teams to shape messaging, drive engagement, and generate leads. From content creation to event execution, you’ll play a key role in increasing brand visibility and supporting business growth. What You Will Need To Do Develop and execute go-to-market strategies in collaboration with business development, sales, and product teams. Craft compelling messaging that highlights product value and new features across all channels. Design and deliver marketing campaigns to increase customer engagement and adoption. Manage marketing content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and press releases. Event Management Plan, coordinate, and manage marketing events, conferences, and workshops. Oversee vendor coordination, budgeting, scheduling, and onsite execution. Build and maintain relationships with vendors, sponsors, and partners. Track event performance, gather feedback, and analyze metrics to identify areas for improvement. Promote events across multiple marketing channels to maximize attendance. Collaboration & Brand Management Work closely with internal teams to maintain a consistent brand voice. Ensure positive user experiences across interactions with merchants, end-users, and other stakeholders. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, best practices, and emerging marketing technologies. What You'll Need To Have Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field. 2–3 years of hands on experience in B2B product or service marketing, ideally in fintech, payments, SaaS, or related industries. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English (C1 or higher). Comfortable with CMS tools and managing social media platforms. No restrictions on business travel.
