Job Requirements What You'll Do: Greet and welcome visitors and clients in a warm, professional manner Answer, screen, and route incoming phone calls Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference room bookings for the Sales Team Manage the front desk, including sign-in procedures and maintaining a tidy reception area Update systems and upload documentation regarding meetings as instructed Provide general administrative support: data entry, filing, scanning, and document preparation Support the licensed agents with administrative tasks as assigned Uphold confidentiality when handling client and employee benefits information What You'll Bring: 1 year + Prior receptionist, front desk, or administrative experience preferred Professional phone etiquette and strong verbal and written communication skills Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel) Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Reliable, punctual, and comfortable working independently at a front desk Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive client and benefits information High school diploma or equivalent required Aleron companies (Acara Solutions, Aleron Shared Resources, Broadleaf Results, Lume Strategies, TalentRise, Viaduct) are an Equal Opportunity Employer.
