DIGITAL MARKETING & LEAD GENERATION SPECIALIST

Salary: $45,000 base salary + commission | OTE: $100,000–$120,000

Our housing community management company is seeking a Digital Marketing & Lead Generation Specialist to create buyer interest for available homes and turn that interest into scheduled appointments for the sales team.

This role focuses on the front end of the sales process , creating attractive property listings, marketing available homes, generating inbound leads, and ensuring prospective buyers receive fast, consistent follow-up.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Photograph available homes and create attractive online listings

• Post and maintain listings across Facebook Marketplace and other digital platforms

• Generate leads through social media, online marketing, referrals, and community outreach

• Respond quickly to inbound calls, texts, messages, and online inquiries

• Qualify prospective buyers and schedule property tours

• Maintain knowledge of available inventory and match prospects with appropriate homes

• Manage follow-up and keep the lead pipeline organized in the CRM

• Coordinate qualified leads with the sales team for a smooth handoff

• Track which listings and marketing efforts are generating the most interest

• Ensure marketing and prospect communication follows Fair Housing requirements and company policies

WHAT YOU BRING

• Experience with digital marketing, social media, online listings, lead generation, or customer-facing sales

• Strong written communication and ability to create appealing property listings

• Strong phone, text, and follow-up skills

• Ability to turn inbound interest into scheduled appointments

• Strong organization and time-management skills

• Comfortable using a CRM to manage leads and activity

• Self-motivated, creative, and comfortable taking ownership of lead generation

PREFERRED

• Leasing, property management, manufactured housing, residential sales, automotive BDC, or similar consumer-facing experience

COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS

• $45,000 base salary plus commission
