Job Summary We are seeking an organized and energetic Entry Level Event Coordinator to support promotional events, customer engagement activities, and brand initiatives. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy coordinating activities, working with people, and developing practical event management, marketing, and customer engagement skills. Responsibilities Assist with planning and coordinating promotional events. Help organize event schedules, materials, supplies, and displays. Welcome attendees and engage with prospective customers. Support promotional activities and communicate product information. Assist with event setup, breakdown, and organization. Support lead generation and customer engagement during events. Assist with customer follow-ups and post-event activities. Support individual and team marketing and sales goals. Help maintain a professional and welcoming event environment. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Minimum Requirements High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong organizational and time management skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Energetic, dependable, and professional attitude. Comfortable interacting with customers and team members. Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities. Strong attention to detail. Reliable, adaptable, and eager to learn.
