Litigation Attorney – Personal Injury (1–3 Years of Personal Injury Litigation Experience preferred)
Location: Los Angeles, California 90036

We are a fast-growing personal injury law firm seeking a Litigation Attorney who is motivated, organized, and eager to advance in their legal career. Key Responsibilities:

• Independently manage a caseload of 40-60 personal injury related matters
• Handle a caseload of personal injury matters including motor vehicle accidents, premises liability, and dog bite cases.
• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, discovery requests/responses, motions, and trial briefs.
• Attend and conduct depositions, hearings, mediations, arbitrations, etc.
• Communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, experts, and the court.
• Develop litigation strategies tailored to each case to maximize case value.
• Manage case deadlines and ensure compliance with court rules and procedures.
• Supervise and collaborate with support staff to prepare cases efficiently.
• Provide clear and timely updates to clients regarding case progress.

Qualifications:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the California State Bar required (in good standing) .
• 1–3 years of experience litigating personal injury cases (not required) .
• Strong organizational, research, and writing skills.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and meet deadlines
• Commitment to client service and professional growth.
