HR Advisor

Serving as a primary point of contact within a centralized HR service delivery model, the full-time HR Advisor will manage the end-to-end resolution of employee inquiries and concerns while focusing on employee relations, performance management, and labor law compliance in a remote environment. Key Responsibilities Manage employee and leader inquiries, providing guidance on workplace concerns and policy interpretation Collaborate with leaders to draft and review Performance Improvement Plans (PIPs) and disciplinary actions, ensuring alignment with company policy Facilitate the interactive process for accommodation requests in compliance with ADA requirements Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience 3+ years of HR experience with a focus on employee relations and case management Experience supporting multi-state or nationwide employee populations Strong knowledge of employment laws, including ADA, FMLA, and FLSA Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
