Community Relations & Engagement Coordinator

Position Overview

The Community Relations & Engagement Coordinator helps strengthen relationships between Evolution Career Center and the community. This role focuses on outreach, relationship-building, donor engagement, and community partnerships.

Responsibilities

Community Engagement

• Follow up with individuals who connect with us at community events and outreach activities.
• Welcome and engage new members interested in our programs and services.
• Support outreach initiatives that increase community awareness and participation.

Partner Relations

• Maintain communication with organizations that invite us to participate in events.
• Assist with nurturing relationships with community partners and stakeholders.
• Support collaborative initiatives and partnership opportunities.

Donor Relations

• Assist with donor appreciation and stewardship efforts.
• Help maintain ongoing communication with supporters and contributors.
• Support donor engagement campaigns and relationship-building activities.

Community Outreach

• Represent the organization at community events when appropriate.
• Help identify resources and opportunities that benefit the community.
• Support efforts to expand the organization's community presence and impact.
