Regional Property Manager

A premier commercial real estate owner-operator is looking to hire a Regional Property Manager. You will be responsible for operational excellence, financial performance and the tenant experience across the portfolio. The role reports to ownership and suits an experienced Class A office professional who sets high standards for themselves and their team.Key ResponsibilitiesLead day-to-day operations across a multi-building Class A office portfolio, making sure every asset is run to a luxury, hospitality-led standardPrepare and manage annual operating and capital budgets, monthly reforecasts and variance reporting, and present results directly to ownershipComplete CAM and operating expense reconciliations accurately and on timeOversee capital improvement projects, tenant improvements and building upgrades from scoping and bidding through to closeoutLead, develop and mentor a team of property managers, assistant property managers and engineering staffSource, negotiate and manage vendor and service contracts, holding partners to clear performance and cost standardsBuild strong relationships with high-profile corporate tenants and drive satisfaction, retention and renewalsKeep the portfolio compliant with lease obligations, life safety, risk management and regulatory requirementsWork with leasing, accounting, asset management and construction teams to grow net operating income and long-term asset valueQualifications8+ years of commercial property management experience, including significant Class A office experienceExperience managing retail assetsExperience managing multiple buildings or a regional portfolioA track record on an institutional platform or with institutional ownership groupsStrong financial skills, including budgeting, forecasting, xhyhwjd variance analysis, CAM reconciliations and ownership reportingProficiency in Yardi and/or MRIProven people leadership, with experience managing and developing property management and engineering teamsPolished, executive-level communication and client-facing skillsSouth Florida market knowledge strongly preferredBachelor's degree preferred; CPM, RPA or a Florida real estate license is a plusWhat's on OfferA competitive base salary and performance-based bonusA comprehensive benefits packageHigh visibility with ownership and a clear path for long-term career growth
