Key Qualifications:

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of experience in special education or working with behavioral needs strongly preferred
• Comfortable with toileting, meal support, and implementing students’ IEPs
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired to support multilingual students and families
• Compassion, adaptability, and a commitment to helping every child thrive

Primary Responsibilities:

• Support teachers with instructional activities and classroom management
• Provide individualized assistance to students, particularly those with special needs
• Facilitate communication and learning for Spanish-speaking students
• Assist with daily tasks, including meal and toileting needs, as appropriate
• Contribute to the implementation of individualized educational plans (IEPs)
• Foster an inclusive, caring environment for all learners
