Position: Litigation Attorney- Personal Injury

Location: Las Vegas, NV

Duration: Full-time & direct hire

What You’ll Do:

As a Litigation Attorney, your responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Manage personal injury cases through all stages of litigation.
• Perform in-depth case analysis to evaluate liability and damages.
• Draft, review, and file litigation documents, including discovery, motions, and oppositions, including oppositions to motions for summary judgment.
• Handle negotiations with insurance carriers and opposing counsel.
• Maintain strong client communication and provide consistent case updates.
• Serve as first chair in civil jury trials.
• Collaborate closely with attorneys, paralegals, and legal support staff to develop litigation strategy and drive successful outcomes.

What We’re Looking For:

• Attorney in good standing and licensed to practice law in CA and/or NV.
• 5+ years of plaintiff personal injury experience.
• Strong knowledge of state laws, regulations, and legal procedures related to plaintiff personal injury litigation.
• Excellent research, analytical, and problem-solving skills with the ability to effectively interpret and apply legal authority.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven ability to successfully manage cases and advocate for clients while achieving positive outcomes.
• Experience conducting legal research, preparing legal briefs, and providing strategic legal guidance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively.
• Demonstrated professionalism, discretion, and ability to handle confidential information appropriately.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required.
