Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify client mental health needs and develop personalized treatment plans tailored to each individual's goals.

• Deliver evidence-based therapeutic services through individual, group, and family therapy sessions, utilizing methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and others suited to the clients you serve.

• Collaborate effectively with a diverse team of professionals to ensure integrated care for clients, including regular case reviews and strategy meetings.

• Provide timely crisis intervention and support for clients in acute distress or emergency situations, employing de-escalation techniques and rapid response strategies.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives and educational programs aimed at raising mental health awareness and reducing stigma within the community.

Qualifications\n

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD) is required.

• A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is necessary, with a master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology preferred.
