Collections Specialist

Adecco is currently assisting a local Customer in their search for Collections Specialist in EAGAN MN. • Shift: Monday to Friday 08:00 Am to 05:00 Pm.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct collections of corporate and non-corporate accounts using all communication tools available.
• Respond to incoming calls and mail from aligned accounts and extensive interaction with both internal and external customers.
• Maintain the business relationship while collecting on past due AR.
• Research and resolve disputes and invoice issues in a timely manner.
• Provide accurate information as needed by customers, sales, and credit.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• 2 years of experience working in credit, finance, accounting
• High school diploma or bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or a related field
• Experience in Microsoft Office suite

Pay Details: $28.00 per hour
