About the Role
The Company is in search of a Vice President of Managed and Professional Services to spearhead a pivotal enterprise initiative. This executive will be tasked with unifying and transforming the services delivery model across the organization, with a strong focus on AI-driven operational excellence. The role is not about maintenance; it is about leading a significant change that will directly impact revenue growth, customer success, and the future of the platform. The successful candidate will be responsible for defining and executing a unified services strategy, driving organizational transformation, and integrating services teams into a cohesive enterprise model. They will also be expected to champion the adoption of AI-enabled tools and workflows, and to work closely with executive leadership to shape the future operating model of the company. Candidates for this role at the company should have a minimum of 12 years' of leadership experience in managed services, professional services, or technology-enabled services organizations. A proven track record in growing services revenue, improving profitability, and leading large-scale organizational change is essential. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a decisive leader, and a strong communicator, with the ability to influence and align stakeholders at all levels. Experience in AI-driven solutions and a background in mobility, transportation, or adjacent markets is highly desirable. The role requires a leader who is results-driven, takes ownership, and is dedicated to inspiring and elevating their team.
