What You'll Do:

• Conduct comprehensive pre-anesthesia assessments for outpatient surgical patients
• Develop individualized anesthesia care plans across various specialties
• Administer general, regional, and monitored anesthesia care with intravenous and inhalation techniques
• Provide anesthetic services for a wide range of surgical procedures including orthopedics, plastics, urology, GYN, ophthalmology, podiatry, dental, pediatrics, and endoscopy
• Manage airway and monitor patients intraoperatively, addressing anesthesia-related complications
• Deliver post-anesthesia care including pain management
• Maintain detailed, compliant documentation within EPIC EMR
• Collaborate with anesthesiologists and surgical teams in a fast-paced environment
• Travel to other ambulatory centers as needed

What You Need:

Required:

• Active Michigan RN license and valid NBCRNA certification
• ACLS and BLS certifications
• Minimum of 2+ years of CRNA experience in outpatient or surgical settings
• Ability to manage anesthesia for all age groups and ASA classes
• Strong teamwork, communication, and patient care skills

Preferred:

• Previous experience in outpatient surgical centers
• Experience working with diverse surgical specialties
• Open to H1B and J1 visa candidates
