NOTE: Benefit package worth 80,000. plus including newly renovated 3 brm home, utilities included, insurance and paid vacation.

PURPOSE : This position is to be consistent with the mission and vision of Rawhide Ranch in cooperation with the other Rawhide Ranch staff, under the direction of the Rawhide Ranch Enterprises, LLC Managing Partner. This person is responsible for day-to-day operations of the program and guest services. The Executive Director must balance fiscal responsibility, staff development/motivation, quality program delivery, equipment upkeep, cleanliness, security and expand creative program services to youth, families and communities.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

-Oversee all aspects of camp including administration, program, facilities, kitchen, and animals

-Uphold camp policies and values, setting the tone and example

-Responsible for strategic planning, decision making, and vision forecasting

-Develop, manage and monitor the ranch operating budget

-Financial oversight and accountability

-Present a professional image while having excellent written, oral, and presentation skills

-Must have impressive knowledge of policies, procedures, activities, programs, and children as they relate to organized camping

-Oversee staff management and team development

-Serve as a liaison between the camp owners and other camp directors and staff

-Utilize leadership skills that include being highly organized, possess conflict resolution skills, demonstrate initiative, and is an independent thinker

-Recognize and respect sensitive ingormation and utilize confidentially accordingly

-Complete other job-related responsibilities, as required and agreed upon.
