Your Role and Responsibilities

• Conduct routine and specialized clinical laboratory tests—including chemistry, hematology, immunology, and more—adhering to established protocols.
• Review test results for accuracy, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and perform preventive maintenance and calibrations on laboratory equipment.
• Assist in the collection of specimens and prepare samples for analysis as required.
• Meticulously document all procedures, mentor new staff or students, and uphold the highest standards of lab quality.
• Ensure a clean, safe work environment, strictly following regulatory and accreditation standards.

Education Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a related allied health field plus ASCP/AMT certification eligibility.

Certification Expectations

• Obtain ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within one year of employment.
• Keep current certification throughout your tenure.
