Education

• Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science, or a comparable allied health degree, in conjunction with preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

Certifications

• Achieve ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) within the first year of employment.
• Ensure ongoing certification is kept current throughout your career.
