Carry out an assortment of routine and complex clinical lab tests—spanning chemistry, hematology, immunology, and beyond—adhering to established protocols.
Ensure result accuracy through precise analysis, troubleshoot any discrepancies, and manage preventative maintenance alongside calibration of lab instruments.
Support specimen collection efforts and prepare samples for testing as required.
Document all laboratory procedures rigorously, oversee training for new staff or students, and maintain the highest lab quality standards.
Uphold a clean and secure work environment while adhering to all regulatory and accreditation standards.
Bachelor's degree in Clinical or Medical Laboratory Science or a comparable allied health qualification plus preparation for ASCP/AMT certification.

ASCP or AMT Board of Certification in Clinical Laboratory Science (CLS) must be obtained within one year of hire.
