Production Team Leader – 2nd Shift Wage: $40/hr
Shift: 6 days/week, 1:45pm – 11pm Key Responsibilities

• Lead daily production teams to meet quality, productivity, and cost targets.
• Identify and resolve operational issues and bottlenecks through team-based problem solving.
• Monitor and maintain production standards.
• Support employee development via training, coaching, and performance feedback.
• Oversee sanitation and operations to ensure a clean, food safe manufacturing environment.
• Ensure compliance with plant rules, regulations, and safety programs.
• Participate in developing daily plans and delivering line performance.
• Drive execution and sustainment of standard work processes.
• Conduct shift handoff meetings for effective communication and alignment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 3–5 years of supervisory experience (preferred).
• Manufacturing environment experience (preferred).
• Food processing/manufacturing background (a plus).
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational abilities.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to walk, climb, kneel, and perform repetitive tasks.
• Lift and carry materials of varying weights/sizes.
• Work in a manufacturing setting with large equipment, high noise, and variable temperatures.
