Community Manager

Responsibilities Leads and motivates staff by setting daily/weekly/monthly goals, coaching performance, and holding the team accountable. Oversees leasing operations by managing leasing activity, setting specials, conducting meetings, and ensuring goals align with budget expectations. Handles resident issues by addressing escalated concerns, guiding staff on service standards, and ensuring timely problem resolution. Manages staffing and scheduling including planning coverage, coordinating vacations, and ensuring operational needs are met. Controls property operations through budget oversight, expense approvals, marketing coordination, resident communications, and maintaining property appearance. Maintains service standards by upholding company appearance guidelines, communicating professionally, and ensuring resident concerns are addressed promptly. Qualifications 3-5 years of experience in property management. Multi-family property management experience preferred. Local market experience with proven history in customer service, negotiation, and property marketing / advertising preferred. Valid driver"s license (free from major moving violations) and dependable transportation.
