Maintenance Manager

Maintenance Operations LeaderAre you passionate about leading maintenance operations and driving continuous improvement in a dynamic manufacturing environment?About the RoleThe position ensures equipment operates safely, reliably, and efficiently while developing a skilled maintenance team. The role contributes to maximizing uptime and plant performance through collaboration with Production, Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Plant Leadership.Key ResponsibilitiesPromote a Zero Incident safety culture and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.Lead incident investigations and manage corrective actions.Coach, mentor, and develop a team of six maintenance technicians.Conduct performance reviews and build training programs.Support troubleshooting and critical equipment repairs.Improve equipment reliability and drive improvements in uptime and overall reliability.Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules and manage predictive maintenance programs.Lead root cause analysis and eliminate repeat failures.Drive continuous improvement projects involving PLC upgrades, reliability improvements, and safety enhancements.Manage maintenance budget, capital planning, and spare parts inventory.Minimum RequirementsAssociate degree in Industrial Maintenance, Electrical Technology, Engineering Technology, or related field preferred.7 years of industrial maintenance experience.3 years of maintenance leadership experience.Experience with industrial electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings.Experience with CMMS systems.Proven leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.At Talent Wave Associates, we connect outstanding talent with exceptional opportunities.
