Team includes Equity Capital Markets, Corporate Services and Equity Syndicate. Partnering with Investment and Corporate Banking coverage, Equity Sales & Trading, Equity Syndicate, Equity Derivatives, Client Onboarding, and Capital Markets Operations to deliver our platform to a wide range of corporate & investment banking clients. Revenue expectation of the business is $25 million+ annually.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESFollowing is a summary of the essential functions for this job. Execute client orders and manage risk aligned with Truist’s purpose and goals2. Receive, enter, monitor, and adjust client orders, as needed, throughout the trading day3. Deliver Truist best execution to clients on a daily basis4. Reconcile, book, and email daily client trade activity reports5. Review and resolve trade wires, share settlements and trade-related outstanding items6. Monitor and book monthly reports for trade activity7. Continuously evaluate and seek to improve trade processes and execution outcomes to ensure best execution and client satisfaction8. Maximize revenues by managing risk and loss ratiosRequired Qualifications:The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required. Licenses: Series 7, 79, 633. 5 years of related work experience, including proficiency with Bloomberg and Fidessa (or comparable trading system)4. Strong knowledge of equity trading, equity markets, investment banking, and/or financial products5. Strong organizational and leadership skills6. Advanced skills in written and oral communications, and interpersonal relationship management7. Solid analytical and sales skillsPreferred Qualifications:1. MBA degree, with a Finance focus2. 5-6 years of related work experience3.
