Summary Provides direct patient care in the Cath Lab Department using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice. Reports to: Director or Manager of Cath Lab Department How You’ll Contribute Deliver compassionate, high-quality care for patients undergoing diagnostic and interventional cardiac procedures. Utilize specialized clinical expertise to prepare patients, assist physicians during procedures, and provide post-procedure monitoring and recovery. Serve as a patient-care innovator, incorporating the latest technology, imaging techniques, and evidence-based practices. Collaborate with cardiologists, technologists, and the interdisciplinary team to enhance patient safety, comfort, and outcomes. What We’re Looking For Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of North Carolina (or compact license) Associate Degree in Nursing (ASN) from an accredited nursing program; (BSN preferred) Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association (required) Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) (required) Three years of experience in Cardiac Cath Lab, ICU, CCU, or Emergency Department preferred About Our Health System Maria Parham is a 98-bed hospital located in Henderson, NC.
