Community Operations & Leasing Assistant

Franklin Group

Franklin Group is seeking an Assistant Community Manager to oversee daily community operations under the Community Manager. The role includes leasing, reporting, and coordinating office staff, with responsibilities spanning property showings, renewals, and maintaining orderly files. The position requires knowledge of Fair Housing, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage leasing activities in the Community Manager's absence.
