Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) - Center-Based Farmington, CT What We Offer Total Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 annually Bonus opportunities up to $12,000 401(k) with company match 13 days PTO + separate sick time 9 paid holidays Health, Dental & Vision insurance CEU/ PDU reimbursement + ongoing professional development BCBA Referral Bonus: Up to $2,500 per referral Scholarship education assistance The Role This is a center-based BCBA role serving children with an average age range of 2-7 years, focused on early intervention, social development, and school readiness. You’ll work in a collaborative clinical environment that primarily focuses on: Center-based ABA Caseload of 7-9 clients Early learners (ages 2 - 7) Strong clinical, administrative, and leadership support What You’ll Be Doing Conduct functional behavior assessments and develop individualized treatment plans Supervise, mentor, and support RBTs and Behavior Technicians Provide center-based 1:1 and supervisory ABA services Partner with families through training and collaboration Maintain accurate documentation, data collection, and reporting Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional development Ensure compliance with BACB and relevant state LBA standards Who This Role Is Ideal For A BCBA who prefers center-based work over in-home A clinician who enjoys working with early learners Someone looking for manageable caseloads A BCBA interested in long-term growth and leadership Qualifications Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Active CT LBA Experience supervising RBTs Experience working with children Strong communication, organization, and leadership skills Why work at Ascend?
