The Business Coordinator will focus on providing a full range of administrative and operational support within the Digital Products and Services organization to execute the transformation. As a Business Coordinator, you will be supporting new hire & onboarding operations, financial & vendor management, process optimization, and team administration. Through this work, you will directly work with various levels of leadership ranging from Managers to Senior Vice Presidents across the company including Finance, Growth, Human Resources, Data, Strategy, Facilities, and more.

Your Role Accountabilities...

• Team administration support: Event development and execution like All hands, offsites, etc. SharePoint management and support, and special projects on a needed basis.
• Vendor and invoice management support: Onboarding vendors/contractors through WBD systems, invoices management including routing all required approvals and ensuring payments.
• Budget management: Track and manage budgets for approved onsite events/activities
• People operations support: Support new hire onboarding process and track & report hiring statuses

Qualifications & Experience...

• 3+ years of administrative management or operational experience required.
• Excellent verbal and written communications required with strong ability to translate ambiguous asks into clear actions to execute them.
• Must be proficient in MS Office Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint.
• High level of confidentiality is required.

Actual salaries will vary based on several factors, including but not limited to external market data, internal equity, location, skill set, experience, and/or performance. Base pay is just one component of Warner Bros. Discovery's total compensation package for employees. Pay Range: $52,037.00 - $96,641.00 salary per year. Other rewards may include annual bonuses, short- and long-term incentives, and program-specific awards. In addition, Warner Bros.
