Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The Licensed Mental Health Counselor will work primarily with individuals dealing with a range of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma recovery, and stress-related conditions. Our clients come from diverse backgrounds, and your role will center around providing culturally competent care that acknowledges and respects their unique experiences.

Qualifications\n

• A valid and current state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Psychologist (LP), or a Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Work, or a related field is required; however, a Master’s or Doctoral degree in relevant areas such as Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology is preferred.

• Demonstrated excellent communication and interpersonal skills, allowing for effective engagement with clients.

• Possess a non-judgmental, empathetic approach to client relationships.

Preferred Experience\n

At least two years of prior experience in mental health counseling is required. Candidates with experience in teletherapy, crisis intervention, or specific therapeutic techniques such as CBT, DBT, or trauma-informed care will be highly regarded. Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems is a plus, as accurate documentation and management of client information are crucial in this role.

Compensation and Benefits\n
