Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to thoroughly understand clients’ mental health concerns, utilizing recognized assessment tools and methodology.

• Develop individualized treatment plans based on the findings of assessments and in alignment with the therapeutic goals established in partnership with clients.

• Provide evidence-based individual therapy sessions using modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other innovative techniques specific to client needs.

• Maintain consistent communication with clients to monitor their progress, adjusting treatment interventions as necessary, ensuring a tailored approach to ongoing care.

• Utilize teletherapy platforms effectively to provide seamless virtual therapy options, ensuring accessibility for clients facing geographical or mobility constraints.
\n
• Expertly document session notes and treatment plans to maintain compliance with ethical and regulatory standards while reflecting a commitment to quality care.

• Engage in continuous professional development by attending workshops, seminars, and training sessions to enhance clinical competencies and stay updated on best practices within mental health.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse range of clients facing various challenges, including trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. You will create a safe and nurturing therapeutic environment that respects the unique backgrounds and experiences of each client, enabling them to explore and address their mental health concerns effectively.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Exceptional communication skills that foster trust and rapport with clients.

• A deep-rooted empathy and understanding that allows for a non-judgmental approach to client experiences and therapeutic relationships.

• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills to effectively handle caseloads and administrative responsibilities.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in delivering therapy in a private practice setting or outpatient environment.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and management of client information.

• Experience working with specific populations, including but not limited to individuals with PTSD, mood disorders, and behavioral issues.
