Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, you will be responsible for:

• Conducting thorough assessments and evaluations of clients' mental health status to identify needs and create personalized treatment plans.

• Administering evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, families, and groups, utilizing a variety of modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and solutions-focused approaches.

• Engaging in active collaboration with other mental health professionals, ensuring seamless and coordinated care for our clients, including regular communication with case managers and crisis intervention teams.

• Providing immediate crisis intervention services to clients experiencing acute emotional distress or emergencies, ensuring their safety and stabilization.

• Participating in community outreach programs to raise awareness about mental health resources and reduce stigma, engaging in educational workshops and public speaking engagements.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess:

• A current and valid license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master's degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing trust and rapport with clients and collaborating effectively with team members.

• A strong understanding of cultural competence and the ability to work sensitively with diverse populations.

• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to maintain accurate and timely documentation using electronic health record systems.

Preferred Experience\n

Candidates with more than two years of direct counseling experience, particularly in community mental health settings, will be favorably considered. Additionally, experience working with specific populations, such as children, adolescents, or those with substance abuse issues, is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n

In recognition of the valuable work our therapists do, we offer a competitive salary range of $70,000 to $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Our benefits package includes:
